URGENT - ICe Activity in Fargo/Moorhead Resources
Fargo-Moorhead is expecting ICE raids to occur, similar to what everyone is hearing about across Minnesota right now. The intensity of those raids or if they will come to the Fargo-Moorhead community isn't clear at this time, but isn't impossible. Some ICE sightings have occurred close to us and in our community, but may not be directly connected to the larger MN operation taking place. If there is any significant operation that pops up in Fargo/Moorhead, I will post on social media and here.
Everyone at this time is asked to safety plan, prepare according with resources below, and know your rights. The understanding across Minnesota at this time is BIPOC folks are targeted regardless of legal status. The purpose of this page and sharing these resources is to reduce public panic in the event there are operations and reduce the risk to everyone. As well as to encourage civic action and exercise legal rights.
