I work primarily within suicide prevention as an advocate that specializes on LGBTQ+ data and outcomes, but broadly serves all of North Dakota within that work. Specifically, I work to bridge resources to both each other and the communities they're trying to serve and make sure we're more effectively and efficiently utilizing the resources we have.
I'm often not necessarily leading efforts, but my role tends to be making the efforts already happening as successful as possible. While LGBTQ+ individuals are often politically attacked, LGBTQ+ identity is not political. I not only work with, I expect to work with people of every faith and political party to help reduce suicide and increase hope.

While explored on this website, I consider my training and consulting to be extensions of my advocacy rather than a business. We can improve outcomes for queer populations by making sure professionals have the education and tools necessary and organizations have the policy to support their staff and clients.

- Connected with every LGBTQ+ organization across North Dakota
- Leading multi-state organizing for trans and LGBTQ+ healthcare
- Hosting ND GSA Network, which is every LGBTQ+ youth support group within the state
- Frequently contributor to High Plains Reader and newspapers across the state
Suicide Prevention Efforts
- Maintaining Accurate Outcome Data for LGBTQ+ Adults and Youth
- Collaborate with NDAFSP, FirstLink, Suicide Prevention Coalitions, and Sources of Strength
- Create a resources list for journalists around safe reporting
- Provide education to all organizations across ND that improve outcomes for LGBTQ+ populations
