North Dakota is not hopeless, we can survive anything that happens this year and work for a better future starting now. This is a scary time for LGBTQ+ individuals in North Dakota. No matter what laws are in place the most protective factor for LGBTQ+ individuals is their friends and family (chosen or otherwise). Be kind to yourself, check in and be kind to your loved ones. Two Bills have capacity for significant harm, both are immediately law

- HB 1254 - Criminalize medical care for transgender youth - Places to get Medical Care Still
- HB 1522 - Prohibit pronouns, remove students from restrooms, out students to parents - Exercise Your Rights in Schools (Currently not being enforced in Fargo Public Schools).
