BREAKING NEWS!! TAKE ACTION NOW! Sustain Governor Burgum's Veto!
2023 ND LGBTQ+ Legislative Tracker
This is a scary time for LGBTQ+ individuals in North Dakota. No matter what happens in the legislation, the most protective factor for LGBTQ+ individuals is their friends and family (chosen or otherwise). Be kind to yourself, check in and be kind to your loved ones. 2-1-1 is a number anyone in North Dakota can call for just support. We also have 9-8-8 for emergency (Automated system plays, hit 3 for LGBTQ+ youth!) and Trevor Project for help. North Dakota is not hopeless, we can survive anything that happens this year and work for a better future starting now.
