I have been providing consulting for eight years, often with the focus of improving outcomes for LGBTQ+ clients, patients, and students. I am the North Dakota expert in LGBTQ+ data, outcomes, and community. I can provide consulting on project managing, grant writing, survey development, and how to better achieve operational goals within an organization. I empower individuals and organizations by working with what they have, rather than focusing on what they don't.

Foundation Work - Project Development (~1 to 2 Hours)
I know more about LGBTQ+ data, outcomes, and community than anyone else in North Dakota. If you're embarking on a project to improve outcomes in this community, it is essential to have me come in to talk to your project managers or organizers. This will create a solid foundation so you don't need to reinvent the wheel and are set up for success in the project. I can also provide key data for grant writing opportunities. 

Organizational Considerations

• Environmental Audit - Walk through environment to suggest changes to promote LGBTQ+ Inclusion (~2 Hours)
• Paperwork Audit - Go through client facing paperwork to suggest inclusive language (~5 Hours)
• Organization Audit - Take a bottom-up approach to assist complete organizational competency and suggest process improvement (~20 Hours)
