The Outsider review
Whether you have an idea you're just exploring or are on the final draft, has an expert from outside of your organization look over your work? We don't know what we don't know. And it can be essential to have fresh eyes and someone who is willing to stress test the work before launch. This is a service I can provide in general, but it's especially important for any LGBTQ+ work someone is conducting. It's extremely important if that work doesn't also have both gay and trans people at the table. (Gay individuals do not inherently possess any expertise on trans issues.)
Training skills
Have an individual within your organization or a motivated volunteer learn how to manage social media, provide LGBTQ+ professional training, or create newsletters.
LGBTQ+ Trainer - 16 Hour Module ($2,000 Flat Cost)
This module trains someone on how to give organization specific LGBTQ+ training and the tools to self direct future development. The flat cost accounts for additional as needed support during and after the module.
Social Media/Organizational Engagement Training - 10 Hour Module ($1,500 Flat Cost)

- Instructed to create similar training based on organizational need (4 Hours)

- Present training at organization/community to final review (4 Hours)

- Basic training/review/development of social media and organizational engagement (2 Hours)
- Develop long term plan, goals, and basic infrastructural tools for organizational promotion (4 Hours)
- Partner on development, review posting, and build confidence for trainee (4 hours)
